Beauty in the Storm

It was storming here when I woke up this morning. There were some unique cloud patterns, so I took some pictures.

This was about the middle of the storm. The picture really doesn't reflect it well, but the clouds were parted in a perfect line as if the sky had divided itself.
This was towards the end when it had almost stopped raining. I was called outside to see this cloud that looked to me like the eye of a hurricane in the sky. Our storms often come off the edges of hurricanes passing through to the coast at this time of year.

The grass greened up as if by magic, overnight. Thank you Lord for the rain!

  10. This isn't a boring post. I love the clouds. And you know what? God doesn't think it's boring either, because you're thanking Him for the rain, and glorifying Him through the pictures.

  13. Yes, it was a pretty dry summer. It is going to be an early fall here. The cool weather is nice, but I feel like we had very little summer.
